PLAY POOL AND PRIVATE BACK YARD RETREAT Come and enjoy a shallow, family-friendly play pool with a volleyball net and basketball hoop. The pool area boasts a cabana with couch seating for hanging back in the shade The pool area alone can accommodate up to 35 people. Want a larger crowd? For an additional charge a large landscaped backyard including a picnic area and playground can easily accommodate up to 100 guests. Built in the early 1970s and lived in by the same family ever since, this backyard has hosted decades of birthdays, graduations, and summer afternoons. Now it's open for yours. The pool is 3 to 5 feet throughout with no deep end, so kids and nervous swimmers can stand up anywhere. Evenings bring the crackling fire pit, the flame lit patio table, warm string lighting overhead, and glowing LED pool lighting for a late dip. The Lakewood Country Club neighborhood means quiet streets and mature trees, and there's room for twenty plus cars on site.
